Return Eligibility
We accept returns of purchases from shoppissenlit.com within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition, with all original tags and the original receipt. Worn, used, altered, washed, damaged or untagged items are ineligible. We may refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Start a Return
Email info@shoppissenlit.com with your order number, return request, and reason. We’ll email a prepaid return label to the address on your order. Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund. Allow up to 7 business days for shipping transit. Keep proof of postage; packages remain your responsibility until received.
Refunds
Eligible returns are inspected and refunds processed within 7 business days of receipt. We’ll email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Exchanges & Gifts
For an exchange, return your item and place a new order. Gifts are eligible for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of the original purchase.
Return Activity
We reserve the right to restrict returns, future transactions, purchases or accounts in cases of excessive or unreasonable return activity.
