RETURN POLICY
Pissenlit accepts returns of merchandise in its original, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt, within 14 days of purchase from shoppissenlit.com.
Items that have been worn, used, altered, washed, damaged, or are missing tags are not eligible for return or refund. Pissenlit reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Gifts purchased on shoppissenlit.com may be returned for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of the original purchase.
Please allow up to 7 business days for shipping transit time.
To ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers, Pissenlit reserves the right to restrict or refuse returns or future transactions in cases of excessive or unreasonable return activity. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts and limit purchases at our sole business discretion.
EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange in accordance with our return policy and place a new order on our website.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@shoppissenlit.com with your return request. A prepaid return label will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
We kindly ask that you include the reason for your return, as your feedback helps us improve our products and services.
Once your return is received, it will be inspected and processed within 7 business days. Return shipping costs are not complimentary and will be deducted from your refund amount. Refunds are issued in accordance with our return conditions.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Returned packages remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by Pissenlit; we recommend retaining proof of postage until your return is confirmed.
Once your refund has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
